About Palm Jumeirah
Palm Jumeirah is one of Dubai’s most famous landmarks and one of the world’s largest man-made islands. Built in the shape of a date palm, the island stretches about 5 kilometres into the Arabian Gulf and covers around 560 hectares. It is made up of three main areas: the trunk, crescent and fronds.
Today, Palm Jumeirah is much more than an engineering landmark. It is a major Dubai destination with luxury hotels and resorts, beaches, restaurants, marinas, shopping, leisure attractions and family experiences. Visitors can enjoy views of the island from The View at The Palm, relax at Palm West Beach, walk along the Palm Jumeirah Boardwalk, explore Al Ittihad Park or visit attractions around Atlantis.
Palm Jumeirah is a good place to combine sightseeing with a beach day, dining or other Dubai experiences. Because the island contains many separate attractions and venues, opening hours, ticket prices and access rules vary by location. Check the latest information for individual attractions before visiting.
