The Underwater Zoo is divided into three main ecological zones: Rainforest, Rocky Shore and Living Ocean. Visitors can see animals such as otters, piranhas, giant catfish, penguins and other marine and freshwater species across its displays.

The experience can be expanded with additional activities and animal encounters. Current options include glass-bottom boat rides, fish-feeding experiences, penguin encounters, otter encounters, crocodile encounters, diving and cage snorkelling.
